Convenient location and helpful staff. Beautifully decorated room with great beds. - Nice hot breakfast. - Easy check-in and efficient service. - Free internet and on-site parking.

The place was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodateing. Good value for the money. I would recommend it as a good choice for a motel.

Room had everything I needed - a coffee maker, tea maker, a cozy sitting area, and a handy writing desk. 🛋️ Loved having all those amenities right there in the room!

We were charged for a dinner we never had and it still has not been resolved. I believe they should have checked better to see what room those people were actually in before allowing them to charge!!! And its been 4 days already!!

Short staff at check in time and my room was not ready at check in so i had to take a smoking room

A peaceful and beautiful setting, although there was a bit of drama in the common area when she yelled at him. The staff is always ready to help. The breakfast is tasty and comforting, and the overall food is delicious. 🌟

Thoroughly enjoyed Pocatello, the hotel was pretty and quiet to Yellowstone park. This was an exceptionally nice and easy location short walk to several restaurants nearby as well as the center of the building rooms.

Convenient and comfortable location with a free voucher for the onsite restaurant was a nice bonus! 🌟

No fridge and noise

Decent-sized room with a comfy bed and staff that's pretty friendly. 😊 Also, the breakfast spread has a nice variety of tasty dishes!

Outside room that faces the interstate with a door that does not seal, letting in cold air and lots of noise. Facilities are old and they show it. Internet that did not work at all in our room. No way to play a DVD or games. Pool is cold enough to turn lips blue. Pool towels are a joke - too small for an adult and very rough. Breakfast should be included for the price. We will not be staying here in the future.

Nice pillows

Not only did we not get the room we booked ahead of time due to NO kings available because they weren't clean, but after checkout I accidentally left behind a 50.00 sweatshirt. I came back on Sunday because we stayed in the hotel Friday night... Asking if they found it. The girl at the front desk was too busy texting to make it a priority to help me. Housekeeping didn't even rush or make an effort to get to the room quickly to check. I had to stand at the counter for 30 min in silence. Not only did the front desk attendant not try to do what she could but I had to ask her to check in several times with housekeeping to see if they checked the room yet. My sweatshirt wasn't found... Supposedly. The room hadn't been cleaned yet after my stay on Friday night through Sunday morning but no one saw the sweatshirt. So it was stolen by dishonest employees. Absolutely would never recommend this hotel and will never stay here again. I deserve a refund to pay for my time and my stolen property.
